Notification of team unregistering

I suggest having a specific notification when a team unregisters for a volunteer opportunity.

Many of our projects are for large groups and we have a mix of team signups and individual signups. When a team signs up, we get a notification with the size of the team, any notes, etc. So we know it's a team and not an individual. However when the team unregisters, there's no indication that the unregistration was a part of a team. That is if John Jones registers a team of 20 (himself plus 19 reserved spots), and then later unregisters his team, the notification just says that John Jones unregistered. So I may miss the fact that John Jones was a team leader and now the project suddenly has almost no one signed up. 

This would be a very helpful improvement for my program!
