We have a few opportunities that we would like to have listed on the software so volunteers can view them, have them on their schedule, and receive email reminders- however, we don't want the volunteers signing up themselves for these opportunities. We want to assign the volunteers we want to participate. It would be nice to have a way to do this. Thank you for considering.

Thank you for adding this to the forum! Before I record this, I want to make sure I understand the request so I can document this properly.
It sounds like you are looking for a way for volunteers to be able to view an opportunity, see it on their schedule, and receive emails if the site manager creates a response for them? You don't want volunteers to be able to respond themselves or add additional responses to the opportunity. For example, I have a shifted opportunity that has 3 time slots. As a site manager I want to be able to schedule the user for one of the three shifts but I don't want them able to access the opportunity to respond to the other shifts on that same opportunity?
