Below is an image from a volunteer's account. Two things:
- It would be great to be able to remove/hide the response date column. That is an irrelevant column for us.
- It would be great if the shift dates were in correct chronological order automatically, instead of a manual selection. As you can see, this volunteer's shift dates are a bit of a jumble.

Thanks for reply. It sounds like a limitation of the software. Many volunteers are selecting multiple shifts at the same time. Those shifts are still being shown in reverse chronological order. Since it's not user-friendly, I appreciate a review of this at the next enhancement meeting. Thank you.

Hi Melissa,
Thanks for reaching out with your product suggestion!
Right now, the software sorts by response date rather than the shift start date as this date keeps things in chronological order based on when the user responded on the site. This allows for easier review of responses that are newer vs. older, and why the shift start dates are out of order.
With that being said, I can see how sorting by shift date would be beneficial for volunteers! I have made a note of this request for the team to review during one of our enhancement meetings. I appreciate you adding this here, and letting us know how we could improve this area of the software to help your workflow!
Best,
