I have program managers that would love to be able to keep track of their volunteer hours in reports especially at EOM for recognition.purposes. It seems they are not granted reports like HOURS BY USER GROUP.

Thank You.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for writing in! Program managers can view volunteer hours by going to the My Agency button at the top ribbon menu, then choosing the Stats tab on the agency page, then the Hours tab with it. A date range (monthly, etc) can be set here as well, and this page works similarly to the Volunteerism > Hours page visible to site managers.

While program managers don't have dedicated reports like the Hours By User Group as you mentioned, they are able to view main exports for responses and hours--and can type in a specific user group name into the text field beneath its column header to narrow down hours per that specific user group, in the date range they set. I'll include a screenshot below from my test site for visual reference.

Let me know if this gets you to your data goals! I'd be happy to write down a suggestion for a more specific feature request if this doesn't get you what you need!
