The "Face" of the person coordinating our events on the ground has the role of "Agency Contact". When a THANK YOU note is sent, however, it will come from me, the Site Manager that they have never met!
It would be a more personal and meaningful "THANK YOU" if the note could come from the person with whom the volunteer communicated, the AGENCY CONTACT. Could AGENCY CONTACT and AGENCY EMAIL be added as template keys to the “Need Participation Thank you One Day After” template?
