We are having a large number of our volunteers view the open slots as being filled.
Example:
Above is one of our sign-ups. Most slots are open. However, our volunteers are routinely viewing this as all slots are filled.
I wanted to bring this to your attention in case others were having trouble with slots, as well. From my point of view, its self-explanatory, however from a volunteer's view that does not know the software well (and just wants to sign-up and not learn about the software), I can see why this could be viewed as full.
Unfortunately, it's an ongoing issue for us.
