Hi Bri,
I am also all for better informing volunteers about the actions they have taken on the site! I will add your thoughts to our existing notes on this request. Thank you for adding your thoughts here in favor for this as well!
Best,

This is a great suggestion Kendra! We also have volunteers who get confused when they are automatically brought back to the opportunity page.. especially since more often than not they have never seen that page (they use the join team link sent to them). A pop up would hopefully reduce the number of questions we get asking if they have successfully registered.

That makes a lot of sense. Thank you for the clarification. I like the popup idea. Thank you!

Hello, Kendra!
Thank you for reaching out to us with your product suggestion! We love receiving creative input from our clients and collaborating with you to improve the product. I greatly appreciate you sharing your vision with us, as that makes it easier for me to present your idea to our Development team. I will go ahead and share with our development team the following enhancement suggestion:
"Add a 'success' popup that's triggered when a user clicks Join Team"
Part of the reason why they're taken to the Opportunity page after is to review their signup information. Joining the team is essentially submitting a response to that volunteer Opportunity, so the next page is intended as an informative one and it's where they can manage their responses to that Opportunity. But I can see how a popup would help mitigate any confusion as to why they're redirected there and it can confirm that they've been added to the team!
Thank you again!
Best,
Bee
