Account managers notified when volunteers reach benchmarks

We are hoping to be able to be notified when a volunteer reaches a benchmark. We give our volunteers different "swag" items when they reach different benchmarks. The way the system is now, we don't know when volunteers reach benchmarks so it makes it very challenging for tracking and distributing items as volunteers achieve them. I get wanting to reduce notifications, but if it's something we can opt into, that would make our jobs much easier and be really helpful.
