It would be nice to have the option for a list view for the schedule. This view can be a bit cumbersome and if I have to click to View 3 more, is not particularly efficient.

Hi Joan,
I’d recommend looking at the Volunteerism > Scheduling > User Responses tab instead of the Shifts tab! This page will give you a list of each user, the opportunity they responded to, and when their shift starts. It also includes the users’ emails, phone numbers, and if they’ve responded to the opportunity with a team. Let us know if this isn’t quite what you’re looking for, and if you need suggestions for reporting, you’re always welcome to write in to support for recommendations!

What I really need to know is WHO will be here, when and where. Clicking on each opportunity is extremely inefficient!

Hi Joan,
I'm glad I was able to give you that option now, and I've added your request to our list of client product suggestions. Thank you again for taking the time to write this in!

Also, since some of my opportunities have multiple shifts, I would like to find a simple way to view my roster for the day without clicking each individual opportunity. Currently, we have 4 shifts for 2 opportunities for which I need to keep track of volunteers, but that means I have to get to 4 different places with multiple steps and I really need something much easier to access my information.

Hi Katie,
Thanks, that would work, but I think a list view option for the schedule would reduce the number of steps to get the information quickly.
Thank you!

Hi Joan,
Thank you for writing in with your suggestion! There is a shift list view that can be seen in the reports section. To find this, go to Reports > Opportunities > Today's Shifts. The date range automatically populates one month from Today (the day you look at it), but can be adjusted for the time frame that would work best for you! Will this work, or is it missing any information?
Thank you again!
