Could the drop down menu, which displays the shifts within a given opportunity, that is used to enter hours please be ordered in the opposite arrangement? Currently, volunteers entering hours must scroll through every date to have ever existed to get to the date they need. Could it, instead, start with the most recent date, then work its way backwards?
Additionally, it would be fantastic if folks were able to select multiple dates at once for one user before moving on, rather than needing to type their email over and over again.

In this case, our development team was able to go into the database and quickly update the way this dropdown displays shift information. This has been updated so that more recent (or future) shifts appear first, with older shifts appearing further down the list.
Let me know if anything still seems out of order here, but we should be all set!
