I hope you're having a fantastic day! I appreciate you sending in your request to customize a certificate that sends to volunteers after a volunteer has completed an Opportunity or a benchmark.
I see how this would make volunteers feel more appreciated and will be sharing this with our Enhancement team to consider for implementation.
