As the site manager, would it be possible to define the possible choices for user tags, and have them available for others to use, but not to create a bunch of different permutations of the same thing?
If that doesn’t make sense, here’s what I envision will happen:
Flu shot exemption
Exemption, flu shot
Exemption-flu vaccination

Thank you for taking the time to write in with your suggestion! At this time, there is not a way to define the choices for user tags. I do think this is an excellent idea, as I'm sure other site managers run into the same issue. I've added your suggestion to our list of enhancement ideas for our development team to review and I'll be sure to let you know if there are any updates on this.
