It would be useful to have a field for title-especially to be able to incorporate someone's title such as Dr. in order to address them with the proper respect.

Thank you for your feedback to the forum! The software has the capability of adding custom questions to your registration track. The title question could be asked using custom questions (under Volunteerism > Tracks > Select the track you want to add custom questions to > Click the Custom Question tab).
However, to make sure I record this enhancement request correctly, are you looking for the option of this being a standard question listed before their first and last name?
