We are using an email API to send notices to our volunteers. The email includes a link to a google document that they need to view. A document is created for each individual volunteer and isn't generally available.
It would be great if we could use the API to send a private message to users. Would be great to be able to send a sepcific notificaiton to a specific user.

Thanks Ryan. This feature in particular would be immensely helpful. Right now we are using a 3rd-party SMTP servier API to email the volunteers. Would be an awesome addition to have this feature so that the messages are in the user's inbox.
We need to send the volunteers a link to a google sheets file. Our initial thought is using the Amplify inbox. If there are other features on the roadmap that you think could help us we would love to hear about it and provide assistance to talk through viable solutions. Really looking forward to growing our volunteer program with the Amplify product and are happy to be a partner for early testing.
