When I pull a schedule, I get a shift start time and then the duration of a shift. Having a shift start time and end time would be much more helpful than having to figure out with math during a shift when it is suppose to end.

Hi Sarah,

Thanks for writing in! There's a couple of different report options that might work for you. For the first option, if you go to Volunteerism > Scheduling > Export, the shift start time is in Column E, with the shift end time in Column G. For the second option, you can use the report titled Today's Shifts. For this report, the date start and time start are included in the same column. The start of the shift is included in Column H, and the end of the shift is in column I.

If neither of these options will work for you, please us know!

All the best,
