Our nonprofit organization only takes volunteers weekdays, not evenings or weekends. The large volume of applications we receive could be reduced significantly if evenings and weekend availability was not an option on our applications. It would be great to be able to hide or somehow indicate in that area that there are only weekday opportunities.. This is stated in the other areas, but applicants see it as an option when completing the applications.

We disabled the availability chart on our application, because folks availability varies so much and it's rarely useful to know generic availability for how specialized our programs are. Since we don't prompt people to fill it out, it would be awesome to remove it from SM/PM view.
