Is there a way to have a private user group? Have a couple volunteers who are banned and would like an easy way for other staff to know that without the volunteer being able to see that they're put in a group called "Banned".

Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing how private user groups would be helpful. I've gone ahead and recorded this for future enhancement discussions with Development. With what is currently available within the software, I think tags would be helpful for this. Users can be tagged in their profile by site managers and/or program managers. Tags do not appear on the user end and they can be filtered by. Once tagged (I used "Banned" in my example) here is the filter to use:
Here are some other tag resources:
Tags - Site Manager
Tags - Advanced Program Manager
Sarah, thank you for also sharing your feedback on this thread. I will record your ideas as part as this product suggestion.
Best,

Yes please! This is a very important part of volunteer management and an issue for us with this system. I would add that it would be great to have the option to exclude a user group from viewing or registering for opportunities in certain programs.
