Ongoing Opportunities

We have many volunteer opportunities that are ongoing and flexible, meaning, volunteers can go out any time, any day to complete their assigned tasks as Bicycle Ambassadors, Park Ambassadors, etc. These are un-shifted opportunities, however, we still need to be able to log hours for them. Right now, as site managers, we are having to assume the user's account (thus logging out of our account), assigning them to the opportunity, logging back out and back into as site manager account and then FINALLY being able to log their hours for them. 


I understand that volunteers can "respond" themselves, but they are not doing that. We need a better solution for this ongoing, unshifted opportunities.

Hi Shannon,


Site managers should be able to add a response on behalf of a user for any time of opportunity duration type via the Add Response feature. I am going to convert this into a ticket so one of our CX specialists can help guide you through how to do this with direct support. Be on the lookout for an email from support.
