Add {{Need date}} & {{Need summary}} to New Need Notifications

Currently I can find no way of including the opportunity date in Need Notification messages, besides listing it in the title which can be really bulky. I believe I have seen a template key for dates on other notifications.

I would also like to add a summary of the opportunity without including the entire event description in the New Need email. This might look like a new field, using the existing comment field (and having the {{Need Comment}} key available), or using the first sentence or paragraph of the description .

The Need Notification for Agency Users/Fans is the notification I was hoping to include the date and summary in, however potentially other notifications about needs could benefit from having the date key available.

I think the keys would most be used on messages related to needs. On my site that is the Need Notification for Agency Users and Need Notification for Agency Fans. Even just having the {Need Date} available there would be very helpful, I recognise the {Need Summary} might be more complicated to encode.
