Is it possible to "toggle on" the auto approve hours feature, on certain programs, but not others? I have program managers requesting to auto approve hours while I am told other departments need the approval feature.
Having this separation per program would be nice.
Also program managers should have access to a itemized hours report by participant. site managers have this, but not program managers (that makes no sense).

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your suggestions with the team! No, there isn't a way to auto-approve hours for certain Programs. The auto approve settings are currently all or none in the Main Settings area of your site. I can see how the ability to select this feature for specific Programs would be beneficial! I'm going to share the following with our development team to discuss at a future enhancement meeting:
Add the ability to toggle on or off the auto-approve hours for specific Programs instead of all or none.
As for your second suggestion, are you referring to the Volunteer Hours Logged report? I can also send in a suggestion for adding that report to the Advanced Program Managers reports area if that's what you are asking about.
