You just finished setting up your site and want to see how it looks to your users, except, the great colors you picked aren't loading! Here are two ways to troubleshoot this issue if you happen to experience this yourself.

✏️ Quick tip: If you're using Internet Explorer (IE), please note that form labels aren't supported on version 9 or earlier. You'll need to update or switch browsers to see those labels.

Check your browser

Make sure you're using the most recent version of whichever browser you're on. If you want to check which browser you're using, you can use a tool like What's My BrowserWe support the following browsers:

So you know: Since older browsers are not supported they may not have an optimal experience.

Clear your cache

Your browser cache is a temporary storage for data on your computer. It allows for faster processing since page data doesn't have to be retrieved from the original location every time you return to a website. It's sometimes necessary to clear your browser cache. You might have to clear it for one of several reasons:

  • The cache is too large and is slowing your computer down.
  • Your browser isn't uploading updated information on sites.
  • A web page doesn't load properly.

Why should I clear my cache?

Clearing your cache can help solve common issues you may run into when customizing the look and feel of your site, including:

  • New photos that aren't showing up
  • An updated logo isn't appearing after you upload it
  • Words or pictures are "running into each other" on the screen
  • Colors aren't showing correctly—like blue is showing as red
  • You've submitted edits (to settings, a need, an agency profile, etc.), but those changes aren't saving

How do I clear it?

How you clear your browser cache depends on what browser and version you're using. This WikiHow article provides instructions for clearing caches on the major web browsers.
