Heads up! This article is intended for advanced program managers. If you're a site manager, click hereIf you're a program facilitator looking for information about reviewing your programs, click here.

You can filter the volunteers assigned to your Programs to get the data you need when you need it! This is a great tool to use to find extra reports about users. Your User Filter also lets you filter volunteers and apply specific actions in bulk. Here we cover:

What can the user filter do?

Your User Filter allows you to review and export important volunteer data when you need it! You can also use the User Filter to apply bulk actions to volunteers that you've filtered for. For example:

  • Do you need to add or remove tags from a volunteer in bulk to make it easier to search for them?
  • Do you need to add or remove several volunteers to or from a user group in one go?
  • Would you like to export the volunteers that you've filtered for instead of exporting the entire list of users in your Program?
    • This is great when you want to export a list of volunteers who:
      • Share a birthday that falls on, before, or after a specific date
      • Live in the same Zip Code
      • Have similar availabilities
      • Share similar interests, causes, or skills, etc.
  • Do you want to quickly send several volunteers a reset password link?
  • Does scheduling volunteers with shared interests, causes, or skills in bulk sound handy?

Your User Filter can help you with these actions and more!

How do I use it?

How to access the User Filter

2. Click User Data or Volunteer.

3. Select the filter you want to apply from the Select An Option dropdown.
