Examples of great response questions
When a volunteer responds to an Opportunity they're interested in, they're able to also respond to your custom response questions. You can also make answering a response question a requirement before a volunteer can submit an Opportunity response.
- How did you hear about this Opportunity?
- Do you have any allergies we should know about?
- Can we contact you about similar Opportunities?
- Would you be interested in sharing photos from the Opportunity?
These are only a few examples of the kinds of questions you can ask to get the information you need!
- Here's what the questions look like when a volunteer submits a response:
ⓘ So you know:
- They can't be applied to a specific Opportunity.
- Since they appear on all Opportunity response forms, consider what kinds of questions can be used universally!
- If you provide shirts at every Opportunity, then asking what size shirt they wear would be a great question to consider including.
- You can require them so that volunteers must answer them when responding to an Opportunity or you can keep them as an optional step.
