What if an Opportunity is Full?

Some volunteer Opportunities have limited space and fill up fast. If you find an Opportunity that you want to respond to, but it says it's full, you can add yourself to a waitlist if that option is available! 

So you know: The option to be added to a waitlist isn't always available. It just depends on how the organization has set up its Opportunities. 


How do I get added to a waitlist? 

Some Opportunities allow you to add yourself to a waitlist when they are full. To check if an Opportunity is full: 

1. Go to Opportunities from your dashboard.

2. Select the Opportunity you want to respond to or be added to a waitlist for.

 3. Click Waitlist under Respond.

  • Once you click Waitlist, you'll see the button change to Added to Waitlist

  • You're now added to a waitlist for that Opportunity. 
    • You're notified if the Opportunity becomes available and are selected to complete it.
