Would you like to see who's currently checked in for an Opportunity? You can check the Checked In Now list right from the Hours area on your dashboard!
Accessing the Checked In Now list
To get started:
1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours. 
2. Click the Checked In Now tab. 
- This opens up the Checked In Now list!
- Here you can see:
- Who is checked in for which Opportunity
- When the Opportunity started and ends
- A snapshot of how many users are currently checked in and the date
- This is also where you can check volunteers out from an Opportunity manually if needed.
How to check volunteers out manually
Volunteers can always return to the App or Check-In Kiosk to check themselves out, but sometimes they may miss the check out process. If that happens, you can always manually check the volunteers out yourself!
To get started:
1. Go to Volunteerism > Hours.
2. Click the Checked In Now tab.
3. Under the Check-Out column, use the dropdown to check the volunteer out. 
- You may see different options available in the dropdown for checking the volunteer out.
4. Once you've selected a time for the check out, click Check Out to finish! 
ⓘ So you know:
- Advanced Program Managers and Program Facilitators can check out volunteers assigned to their Programs from their dashboards.
- If a checkout is missed, the system automatically checks the volunteer out at midnight on the night of the Opportunity.
